About Rossini Agency

In 1987, at the age of 51, my father, Dan Rossini, decided to start his own insurance agency instead of moving our family to Dayton, Ohio, and taking another corporate job. Still in school at the time without any career aspirations I decided that I too wanted to own my own business like my dad and not be dependent on a big company for my livelihood. After graduating from the University of Saint Thomas I founded the Rossini Insurance Agency in 1996. I needed my clients to know that it was not a stereotypical agency. Maximum effort, increased availability and faster response are all part of the service I required my team to provide to insureds. But that was not all. We wanted to make it easy to have insurance with our agency.

Like guests in our home, clients should be treated how we want to be treated. They should never do the heavy lifting or hardly any lifting at all. Paying premiums is enough so we take care of the rest. It is of the utmost importance that insureds are comfortable contacting us. We will not try to sell you something you do not want because no one likes to be sold to. We also refuse to be in your face all the time. Instead, a preference to stay in the background but still ready at a moment’s notice to help when needed. Lastly, it only takes one contact and our team is on it. If we do not know the answer we will get the answer. In a world where competency is not a priority our follow-up is second to no one.
